Data collected and purposes

Quote requests and contact: name, e-mail, phone, venue, date, guest count, message. Purpose: answering your request, preparing a quote, delivering and invoicing the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.
Newsletter and WhatsApp messages: e-mail or number, only with your consent (double opt-in). Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link or on request.
Customer reviews: name and review text, published after moderation, on an invitation sent after an event. Legal basis: consent.
Audience statistics: page views, source, device type, and approximate city and country derived from the IP address at the time of the visit (the IP itself is not kept), enabled only if you accept it in the choice banner. City and country are obtained from ip-api.com, which receives the IP address for this sole purpose.

Retention

Requests and quotes are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived under accounting obligations (10 years for invoices). Prospects without follow-up are anonymised after the period set in our retention settings. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Data is processed by Gourmélice and its technical providers: hosting (Contabo, Germany), e-mail delivery (Resend), WhatsApp messaging (Meta) when you choose it. It is never sold or transferred.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to hello@gourmelice.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. One technical cookie handles the administration session. Audience measurement is only set after your consent, which you can change at any time via “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of the page.
