Gourmélice
Terms
Purpose
These terms govern the gourmet bar services offered by Gourmélice (Aïcha Goudala, sole trader, SIREN 890 562 432) at private and corporate events.
Quote and order
Each service is covered by a personalised quote, valid until the date it states. The order is firm once the quote is accepted (online or in writing). Prices are in euros, net of tax: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Deposit and payment
Deposit and balance terms are stated on the quote. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable on receipt. Late payment incurs interest at the statutory rate and, for business customers, a fixed €40 recovery fee.
Set-up and service
The client provides an accessible, stable spot and the water and power access stated on the quote. Gourmélice sets up the bar before guests arrive and takes it down after service. Time on site is stated on the quote.
Allergens
Ingredients and allergens are available on request. The client reports any allergy or special diet before approving the quote; Gourmélice cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
Cancellation and postponement
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Deposit refund terms according to the notice period are stated on the quote. A change of date is considered subject to availability.
Liability
Gourmélice is insured for its activity. It cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, inability to access the venue, or set-up conditions that differ from the quote.
Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought; consumers may use consumer mediation.
